Below Are our Terms and conditions for our Drop Ship Program - For complete
Drop ship Pricing we ask you to contact us at info@australianaura.com
and please include..
1. Name and Address
2. Phone Number
3. Country
4. How you will be advertising and selling our goods .. For example: Website
/ Mail orde r/ Retails store etc.
Here's how it works...
1. Basically you place our Product
catalogue or any of our products that suit you on your website/ ebay / Retail
store ect.
2.You Generate your own sales.
4.You email the order receipt to us along with the customer's
name and address (No PO Box address please). We charge you the wholesale price
plus shipping
5. You forward payment via Bank Wire Transfers or Cheques
for drop ship orders ( We do accept credit cards but we have to verify you
before we can accept credit card as a form of payment.).
6. We Post the goods direct to your customer postal address
within 3 working days. Tracking no. will be sent to you if you selected to
take the tracking option (extra costs involved)

- Drop Ship Program Terms..
- You may copy images and descriptions of the products you wish to sell from
our website www.australianaura.com and post them on your website.
- You email the order receipt to us along with the customer's name and address
(No PO Box address please). We charge you the wholesale price plus shipping.
- We will drop ship to all U.S.A / Canada and UK address. We ship via Australia
Post air mail ( 7-10 days delivery time but generally it takes 7 days ) USA
and Canada Postage cost per product are $15 USD Rest of the world for example
UK Postage costs are $18 USD per Item..Tracking or Insurance is available
at an extra fee (Usually an extra $10-15 USD)
- We then send the product directly to your customer with your name on the
package.(You must provide exact details to add onto your customer orders)
- We do accept returns for new styles/ colors/ size ect.. But we do not give
money refunds.
- We do not charge any set up or drop ship fees to join and
start selling..
- We do not ask you to sign up to any contract's in anyway..
You may stop selling our products any time you like.
- We do not Ship to PO Box address
We do not take any customer service on behalf of you. Basically
you make the sale and you provide the customer service. We are here to supply
your product and ship the goods directly to your customers. Basically we are here
to help you by shipping your goods directly to your customers so you don't have
to hold expensive stock in house. You customer is solely your responsibility.
- Its Your sole responsibilityto assure all returns are sent
to us with clear details and return documents ect.
- A $10 admin and re-sending fee as well as re-postage costs
(see above) will apply to all exchanges.
- We do not give money returns so if your customer decides
not to keep their goods please dont send them back as we don't give money refunds...
But we will exchange products.
- Auystralian Aura responsibility is to assure your order is
sent to the correct address supplied by you and sent within 3 working days..
- We hold no responsibility for goods that are misplaced via
the post.. Once we post your goods the responsibility is then in your hands.
So insurance or tracking may be advisable.
Wholesale supplies: If you prefer
to purchase our products in bulk rather than the drop ship program.
For example: You need a bulk delivery or you prefer
to hold stock and post your products directly to your customer yourself ...
then this will be classed as wholesale supply which has a completely different
pricing structure than the Drop Ship Program. If you are interested in wholesale
